You can opt for tablet's or capsules, vegetable fillers are best. Just remember because tablets contain fillers they will take 25% more than the powder. Occasionally I will run into a brand that is not as high quality and it takes me 50% more to hit bowel tolerance. Find the brand that works for you! If you're hitting bowel tolerance then that's all that matters!!
