I highly recommend clicking on the links and spending time getting to know this vital mineral that is the answer for candida, arthritis and possibly osteoporosis. If you think supplementing with magnesium is important, but aren't getting at least 3 mg of boron per day, you are wasting your money. It's that important.

You will see that dosing amounts recommended by various experts are very broad with 3-6 mgs tabs as a good starting point. Most the tablets in health food stores contain 3 mgs bonded to various amino acids. That’s a great starting dose that’s generally agreed to be safe from the literature below.
